The employment contract must include the consent of a guardian if the employee is under 15 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The summer work has been done during the period 1 May \u2013 30 September 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employer applies for summer employment support with a separate payment application from the municipality of Joroinen by the deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions for the young person:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Familiarise yourself<\/strong> with the conditions for receiving a summer job voucher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fill in the summer job voucher application<\/strong> using the electronic form, if you meet the required conditions\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The summer job voucher will be sent to you by e-mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You can receive only one summer job voucher<\/strong>, which you can use during the summer for only one summer job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apply for summer jobs<\/strong> from a company \/ association operating in Joroinen. Tell the employer that you have a summer job voucher, with which the employer receives \u20ac250 in summer employment support for hiring you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make an employment contract<\/strong> with the employer<ul><li>If you are under 15 years of age, your employment contract must include the consent of a guardian<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tell the employer that, as a condition for receiving summer employment support, the wages must be at least 500 euros for the summer work period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Agree with the employer on the summer work tasks, schedules, pay and important practices<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Working period 1 May \u2013 30 September 2026<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start the summer work <\/strong>in accordance with the employment contract and carry it out carefully and with a brisk attitude. A summer employee with an active grip and attitude will surely be hired again!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The employer pays you wages for the summer work period.<\/strong> The summer employment support is paid to the employer afterwards, following a separate payment application and reporting. This requires no action from you when the above matters are in order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PAYMENT APPLICATION FOR THE EMPLOYER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The summer work support application will be updated during summer 2026.<br><\/strong>The final submission date for payment applications is 15 November 2026.<br><strong>Note for employers: The summer employment support granted by the municipality is de minimis aid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><!-- L\u00c4HDE: 11281 Kunnan nuorten kes\u00e4ty\u00f6t 2026 --><\/p>\n\n<p><!-- L\u00c4HDE: 8343 Nuori Yritt\u00e4jyys (NYT) -tuki --><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The municipality of Joroinen supports young entrepreneurs participating in the NYT (Young Entrepreneurship) programme.<br><\/strong>Young Entrepreneurship support can be granted to a Joroinen student born in 2002\u20132010 who has founded a NYT company that operates during 2026. <br><br>The recipient of Young Entrepreneurship support commits to participating in the guidance provided by Joroinen upper secondary school or another upper secondary school, as well as in the entrepreneurship coaching organised by the NYT programme.<br>The recipient of the support must have liability insurance for the business activity, either provided by the NYT programme or other liability insurance.<br><strong>A condition for receiving the support<\/strong> is a turnover of at least 500 euros through the founded business activity. Note that if there are several people in the company, the company&#8217;s turnover must be 500 euros per person.<br><br>A free-form business plan, mission statement and marketing plan must be drawn up for the business activity, which will be reviewed together with the municipality of Joroinen&#8217;s business specialist and\/or the school&#8217;s study counsellor.<br><br>The support is paid in two instalments. The first instalment (300 euros) when the business activity has started, and the second instalment (200 euros) when the required turnover limit has been reached and a free-form report on the work done and the compensation received has been drawn up for the payer of the support.<br>Reporting must be done by 30 November 2026.<br><br><strong>The amount of Young Entrepreneurship support in 2026 is 500 euros \/ person.<br><\/strong>A condition for the full payment of the support is also a minimum turnover limit of 500 euros \/ person acting as an entrepreneur.<br><br>In 2026, support is paid to a maximum of <strong>ten<\/strong> entrepreneurs in the order in which the applications arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More information<\/strong> and NYT applications: <br>Joonas Tyrv\u00e4inen<br>business specialist<br>joonas.tyrvainen@joroinen.fi \/ 040 751 4777<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<p><!-- L\u00c4HDE: 10383 Rekrytointituki --><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The municipality of Joroinen and the town of Varkaus support the recruitment of unemployed jobseekers. Recruitment support is applied for from the Central Savo employment area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The support is targeted at people who have been unemployed for more than 5 months, as well as young people (under 30), immigrants and foreign-language jobseekers who have difficulties finding employment. The amount of support is \u20ac500\/month.
