Forms

The Municipality of Joroinen is developing electronic services so that dealing with the municipality is easier and smoother for residents and customers. On this page you will find the municipality’s forms by topic.

For reasons of security and reliability, some of the forms require the user to be identified. Identification is done through Suomi.fi identification, either with online banking credentials, a mobile certificate or a certificate card after filling in the form. The service requires the use of Suomi.fi services. Instructions for taking Suomi.fi Messages into use can be found on the Suomi.fi pages.

If you are unable to identify yourself for a form that requires it:

1. Fill in the form
2. Download the answers as a PDF file
3. Print the file you downloaded
4. Add your signature with your name in block letters at the bottom of the page
5. Deliver the signed form to the address: Municipality of Joroinen, Lentoasemantie 130, 79600 Joroinen, or by email joroinen.kunta@joroinen.fi
