Recruitment subsidy
The municipality of Joroinen and the town of Varkaus support the recruitment of unemployed jobseekers. The recruitment subsidy is applied for from the Keski-Savo employment area.
The subsidy is targeted at people who have been unemployed for more than 5 months, as well as at young people (under 30), immigrants and jobseekers with a foreign first language who have difficulty finding employment. The amount of the subsidy is 500 €/month. It is granted for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 12 months.
