Premises for rent
The Municipality of Joroinen rents out spaces for use by, for example, associations, clubs and events.
Spaces available for rent include Casino, Kotkanmaja, the school centre facilities, the Kuvansi school facilities, and the Lentoasema beach sauna. A fee according to the tariff is charged to the event organiser for the use of the spaces.
Rental price list and booking service
The Technical Services Committee has decided on the rental prices effective from 1 January 2025. (Adjustment of the Kotkanmaja rent, weekend rental added 23 April 2026)

Casino
The Casino café/meeting room and the adjoining kitchen can be booked for short meetings, hobby activities or courses. The meeting room is intended for approximately 12 people. The space has a wireless internet connection. The space has step-free access from the market square side and accessible toilet facilities.

Rental prices
Free of charge for associations based in Joroinen.
Rents for private individuals, companies and associations based outside the municipality:
- €64 / event, max. 4 h, additional hours €12.55/h (incl. VAT 25.5%)
The user is responsible for ensuring that the space is clean after use, dishes are washed, tables and surfaces are wiped, floors are swept and rubbish is taken to the waste shelter. If cleaning is neglected, a fee of €150 (0% VAT) will be charged for subsequent cleaning.
Kotkanmaja
The Kotkanmaja cottage is approximately 30 m² in size with seating for 14 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and kettle, a two-burner stove and a griddle. The kitchen’s water supply is shut off during the winter months; water supply to the toilet facilities operates year-round.

Lentoasema beach sauna
The Lentoasema beach sauna (sauna and outbuilding) can be rented for meetings, evening gatherings and sauna evenings.
Address: Lentokentäntie 107, 79600 Joroinen (20 m before the boat harbour, on the right).
Restricted winter use: from 1 November until the end of April there is no water in the outbuilding. Winter use of the sauna must be arranged separately.
