Kiinteistö Oy Honkaura owns a total of about 200 rental apartments located in the Joroinen church village and Kuvansi areas.
In the town centre there are apartment-block and terraced-house homes, and in Kuvansi terraced-house homes. The apartments were built mainly in the 1980s and 1990s.
