Joroinen Water

The task of the water utility is to deliver good-quality household water to its customers and to water cooperatives. The task of the sewerage utility is to treat the wastewater of households and other properties efficiently.
The Joroinen water utility has two groundwater intake plants. The wastewater treatment plants are located in the church village and in Kuvansi. The operating areas of the municipal water utility are mainly limited to built-up areas. There are nine water cooperatives operating in the municipality, to all but one of which the water utility delivers household water.

Reporting the meter reading and invoicing
The water utility invoices water and wastewater consumption four times a year at three-month intervals. Three of these are estimated invoices and one is an equalisation invoice.
You can report your water meter readings in Kulutus-Web. Through the service you also get information about your property’s water consumption history and you can see a yearly estimate of your upcoming water bill in euros.
If you report the meter reading via Kulutus-Web, you do not need to return the meter reading card. You can log in to the service with the consumption point number and the meter number, which can be found on the invoice and on the meter reading card.
