Municipal government
The municipal government directs the administration of the Municipality of Joroinen, takes care of the municipality’s administrative tasks and is responsible for ensuring that the strategies and goals approved by the council are implemented efficiently and effectively.
From 2021 onwards, the council elects 7 members to the municipal government and a personal deputy for each, for a two-year term that begins or ends when the term of the councillors changes. From among the members of the municipal government, the council elects the chair of the municipal government as well as the first and second deputy chairs.
