Premises for rent
The Municipality of Joroinen rents out premises for the use of associations, clubs and events, for example.
The premises available for rent include Casino, Kotkanmaja, the premises of the school centre, the premises of Kuvansi school and the Lentoasema lakeside sauna. A charge in accordance with the tariff is collected from the event organiser for the use of the premises.

The technical committee has decided on the rental prices from 1 January 2025.

Casino
The café/meeting room of Casino and the kitchen connected to it can be reserved for short-term meetings, hobby or course activities. The meeting room is intended for about 12 people. The space has a wireless network connection. There is barrier-free access from the market square side as well as accessible toilet facilities.

For Joroinen associations the use is free of charge.
Rents for private individuals, companies and non-resident associations:
- €64 / event, max. 4 h, additional hours €12.55/h (incl. VAT 25.5%)
The user is responsible for ensuring that the space is tidy after use, the dishes washed, the tables and surfaces cleaned, the floors swept and the rubbish taken to the waste shelter. If cleaning is neglected, a charge of €150 (VAT 0%) will be made for after-cleaning.
Kotkanmaja
The main room of Kotkanmaja is about 30 m² in size and has seating for 14 people. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and water boiler, a two-plate table stove and a grill plate. The water to the kitchen is shut off for the winter months; the water supply to the toilet facilities works year-round.

The leisure services and the school services share the regular slots of the sports hall. The upper secondary school auditorium, the assembly hall, the dining hall and various classrooms can be reserved for event and course use.

Premises of Kuvansi school
The leisure services and the school services share the regular slots of the sports hall. The other premises can be reserved for event use. Kuvansi school is located at Kuvansintie 6, 78880 Kuvansi.
Sports hall — usage fees
- Tournaments (hourly charge): €20.00/h whole hall, €10.00/h half hall
- Junior tournaments: €10.00/h whole hall, €5.00/h half hall
- Non-residents: €60.00/h whole hall, €40.00/h half hall
- Training slots, non-associations: €25.00/h
- Badminton slot: €5.00/person
- Training slots for Joroinen clubs and associations: free of charge
Assembly hall (sports hall) for event use
Events €156.87/2h, additional hours €26.36/each commenced 2h.
The same price for Joroinen associations.
Lobby and auditorium

Upper secondary school auditorium: free of charge for Joroinen associations.

Lentoasema lakeside sauna
The Lentoasema lakeside sauna (sauna and storehouse) is available for rent for meetings, evening gatherings and sauna evenings.
Address: Lentokentäntie 107, 79600 Joroinen (turn right 20 m before the boat shore).
Winter use restricted: from 1 November to the end of April there is no water in the storehouse building. Winter use of the sauna must be agreed separately.
