The Municipality of Joroinen provides basic education, upper secondary education, early childhood education, after-school activities for schoolchildren, wellbeing services and library services. The education and culture committee represents expertise in education, early childhood education, library and wellbeing services (culture, youth and sports). Liberal adult education and basic education in the arts are purchased from the Soisalo Institute.
