Open early childhood education

Open early childhood education offers activities for families with children in Joroinen. In the clubs organised by the family counsellor, children play and can take part in guided activities that support their development, while guardians receive peer support.

Open early childhood education works together with other early childhood education units, the education services, the youth services, the maternity and child health clinic, social work, family work, the parish, and various organisations working with children and families.

Open early childhood education is free of charge for families, and taking part in it does not affect the child home care allowance. There is no advance registration for the group activities.

Kuperkeikka meeting place

The group activities of open early childhood education are organised at the Kuperkeikka meeting place, at Mutalantie 14 (the group room at the rear end of the sports hall). Children come to the groups together with their own adult.
