Kiinteistö Oy Honkaura aims to phase out oil heating in stages. The company currently has three larger terraced housing properties that use oil heating.

The Malmikuja 5 and 7 properties will switch to district heating this autumn. Renewal of the heating systems at the other oil-heated properties is being planned for next year.
