Housing properties
The Municipality of Joroinen owns a total of approximately 230 rental apartments. The housing properties are located in the areas of Joroinen church village, Kuvansi and Maavesi.
Within reach of the central services there are blocks of flats and terraced house apartments, and in Kuvansi and the sparsely populated areas there are terraced house apartments. The property stock was built mainly in the 1980s and 1990s.
Some of the apartments are owned directly by the Municipality of Joroinen, and some are located in housing companies or real estate companies owned by the Municipality of Joroinen, the largest of which is Real Estate Company Honkaura.
